This is one of my favorite, but less popular styles! I use either drawing or bristol paper with a variety of graphite pencils.

Graphite drawings are sprayed with a matte, UV protectant to help prevent fading and smudging.

Believe it or not, I still have a few of my very first drawing pencils, gifted to me by my mom when I was probably 7 years old- a treasured gift! Maybe you’ll get lucky and have pieces of your portrait drawn with them:)
