Live Event Painting

Painting live at your event, I will entertain your guests while creating signature watercolor and ink portraits.
My art captures the “you had to be there” intimacy of your ceremony and celebration.
You can expect…
You will have an initial consultation where to discuss what your hopes for your painting and the live painting experience at your event.
A deposit is required to secure your event booking.
I will arrive and set up an hour before the moment I’m there to capture, and then paint through your event using a reference image.
I will be a warm and engaging person at your event!
I will take the portrait home at the end of the evening for touch ups and to make a high quality scan.
There is always an option to add on additional services such as custom thank you notes or stationary after the event.

Highlights:
11x14” portrait (couple or bouquet) with option to upgrade to 16×20 (+$300)
Up to 6 hours of active drawing/painting, depending on your desires for the evening.
Studio time to touch up and finish your portrait
Delivery or shipping of your portrait soon after your wedding!
For more than 6 hours of painting, add $200/hour.
$1500, includes taxes and fees

Give a party favor your guests will adore with custom guest portraits for your guests. My portraits focus on capturing the guests’ likeness, and are not necessarily “fashion illustrations”.
PACKAGE BASICS:
Choose between the Standard Guest Portrait Package or the All Inclusive Guest Portrait Package.
4x6” drawings can be simple black ink or watercolor and ink.
Each drawing takes approximately 3-10 minutes to complete, and I work as quickly as humanly possible without losing quality!
Black ink only: 3-5 minutes per portrait (guaranteed 12 portraits per hour)
Watercolor and ink: 5-10 minutes per portrait (guaranteed 6 portraits per hour)
In two hours, I will be able to complete between 12-24 portraits. Most portraits will include 2-4 guests.
Guests will pose for a quick photo, and I will paint using the photos for reference while they enjoy the party.
Portraits can be picked up by guests at the end of the event. Any completed portraits that are not picked up before I leave will be mailed to you after the event.
Protective plastic sleeves with board backing to prevent bending upon request and for an additional fee.

Standard Guest Portrait Package: $1250 (includes taxes and fees), 4 hours
All Inclusive Guest Portrait Package: $2550 (includes taxes and fees), up to 8 hours
